Booking requests

When you submit a booking request through our website, you authorize IGO Dental & Implant Center to contact you at the phone number and email address you provide so that we can confirm or schedule your appointment, share visit details, and answer related questions.

Communications

By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from us about your appointment, treatment, or inquiry, including outbound appointment reminders, confirmations, recall outreach, no-show follow-ups, post-treatment check-ins, and lead callbacks. Message and data rates may apply. Calls and messages in either direction may be handled by Lucy AI, our AI receptionist (operated by Prometheus AI Labs on our behalf), which records and transcribes the conversation and hands off to our staff when needed. You can ask to speak with a human team member at any time. Opt out of text messages by replying STOP, or out of email by clicking the unsubscribe link in any of our emails.

Privacy

How we collect, use, and protect your personal and health information is described in our Privacy Policy and, for protected health information, in our HIPAA Authorization.
